P90X3 - Challenge Your Body

I started P90x3 two days ago after doing random exercises for two week (Hip Hop Abs + P90x Kenpo/Plyo).  30 minutes of workout yielded a bucket of sweat.   It is a great message, 30 minutes a day can make you a fitter person!  I did feel really fatigue yesterday.  I need to make sure i get enough sleep and rest after exercise days to make the most of it!
